Lowside is the dreamy duo of Laney Barnett and Evan Veasey. Rooted in Appalachian influence, their sound walks the line between country rock and moody folk.

Josaleigh Pollett writes tender and thoughtful indie rock in hopes of helping us all feel a little less alone. Hailing from Salt Lake City, Utah, they have been independently releasing music for over 15 years. They have shared bills with the likes of St. Vincent, Torres, Deep Sea Diver, and Mini Trees. Pollett’s new album with long-time collaborator and producer Crowd Shy, July’s If I Let It Quiet, has been met with critical acclaim by the likes of NPR Music, Stereogum, The Needle Drop, and was called “one of the most exciting indie releases of the year so far,” by Paste Magazine.

Andrew Goldring is a Nashville based songwriter who makes experimental indie-folk music inspired by mountains, deserts, and the four seasons of the Tennessee Valley. When he’s not producing other artists out of his home studio, he’s often walking barefoot in the yard, humming song ideas into a battery powered micro-cassette recorder. Much of the music on Goldring’s recent album Valley of Choice was written this way, in short bursts of inspiration on the back patio. Songs emerged as small artifacts from the process of showing up, fishing for melodies, stumbling into strange guitar tunings, and reflecting on the relationship one has to nature on an ever changing planet.
