Thomas Kozak and the Poets is the encompassing name given to the projects and collaborations of Asheville songwriter Thomas Kozak. His writing pulls myth and religion through the split-open skull of an obsessive-compulsive, anchoring the past to a new body and giving it voice through and beyond the conventions of folk and Americana.

Asheville based Songwriter and guitarist Evan Veasey plays with the conventions of 20th century Folk and American music to explore the recesses of his inner life with an unflinching light. Evan uses his writing as a mirror, a way of seeing himself and a way that the listeners who choose to inhabit the world of his songs can see themselves.
